Services
I work with clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to: anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, major life transitions, relationship and communication challenges, behavioral struggles, and depression. I support individuals navigating LGBTQIA+ identities and sexuality, as well as those exploring non-monogamy in their relationships.
My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, care, and a calm presence, with a strong commitment to an anti-oppressive framework that recognizes the impact of systemic oppression on your lived experience. I often incorporate somatic work into my sessions, acknowledging the powerful connection between the body, the nervous system, and emotions. This body-centered focus can be helpful in unlocking deeper healing, as we explore how both your mind and body work in tandem to support lasting change.
In our work together, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma and reduce emotional distress
Somatic Attachment Therapy, which integrates body awareness to address attachment patterns and emotional regulation
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)-informed skills coaching for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
Mindfulness practices to foster present-moment awareness and self-compassion
Supportive talk therapy to explore thoughts patterns, emotions, and life experiences in a non-judgmental and affirming space
Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations intersect, empowering you to connect with your inner resources and innate capacity for healing.
Rates & Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Regence Blue Shield.
My rate ranges from $155-$200 for a 50-minute session. Before we begin working together, we will discuss what rate within that range works best for you. Please contact me to inquire about sliding scale availability. For all insurance companies other than Regence, I can provide you with a monthly receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out of network coverage. I encourage you to call your insurance carrier to verify out of network coverage if this is something you hope to pursue.
Good Faith Estimates: You have the right to request a non-binding written estimate of the total cost of your therapy. This can be provided to you at any time at your request.
Please note that you are responsible for the full cost of our session at the time of service.
